Career Pathways My Pathway (CPMP)

Career Pathways My Pathway (CPMP) is a career-readiness program carefully designed to meet the needs of today’s eighth and ninth grade students. During the summer students research careers, write resumes, create short presentations for a live audience, and design mini workshops about their future profession. Visiting professionals expose students to careers from entrepreneurs to urban farmers to college professors. Working together, our future professionals sharpen skills essential to most professions, including collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking. CPMP graduates are more than career ready—they’re life ready!
